PDF Forge is a comprehensive, browser-based PDF toolkit offering 30 specialized tools organized into 6 categories: Organize, Optimize, Convert To PDF, Convert From PDF, Edit, and Security. Every operation runs entirely in your browser — no files are ever uploaded to a server.

Merge PDF — Combine 2+ PDFs into one document.
Split PDF — Separate a PDF by page (every page or custom ranges like "1-3, 5, 8-10").
Remove Pages — Delete specific pages by clicking their thumbnails.

• For best compression, use quality 40-60% for documents with mostly text
• The OCR tool downloads language data on first use (~2-15MB per language)
• Sign PDF supports touch devices — draw with your finger on mobile
• Watermark angle options: diagonal down, diagonal up, or horizontal

Large files are slow: PDFs over 50MB may take longer. The browser processes everything locally.
OCR not accurate: Ensure the correct language is selected. Higher quality scans produce better results.
Protected PDF won't open: Some strong encryption methods cannot be unlocked client-side.
Conversion quality: When converting PDF to JPG, use 2x or 3x scale for higher resolution output.
