Things We Can Help With
People reach out for all sorts of reasons. Here are the most common:
Something's not working right — a tool is throwing errors, a conversion failed, or a page isn't loading properly. If you can tell us which browser you're using and what you were trying to do, that helps us track down the issue much faster.
Feature requests — want us to add a new converter or an extra option to an existing tool? We've built several tools based on user suggestions, so don't hold back.
Privacy and data questions — if you're curious about how a specific tool handles your files, or if you need to exercise a data protection right under GDPR, CCPA, or DPDPA, email us with "Privacy Request" in the subject line.
Business or partnership inquiries — interested in collaborating or have a media inquiry? Drop us a line.
How Quickly We Respond
We're a small team, but we take response times seriously:
- General questions: 24-48 hours on business days
- Bug reports: 48-72 hours (sometimes faster if we can reproduce it quickly)
- Privacy/legal requests: Within 30 days, as required by law
Our working hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM IST, with limited hours on Saturdays (10 AM - 2 PM). If something urgent comes in over the weekend, we do check emails periodically.
Quick Troubleshooting Tips
Before reaching out about a technical issue, a few things are worth trying first. They solve the problem about 80% of the time:
- ☐ Make sure your browser is up to date
- ☐ Clear your cache and cookies, then reload the page
- ☐ Try it in an incognito/private window (this rules out extension conflicts)
- ☐ Check that JavaScript is enabled — our tools won't work without it
- ☐ If processing a large file, try a smaller one first to see if the issue is size-related
- ☐ Test in a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari)
If none of that helps, send us a message with your browser name and version, your operating system, and a description of what happened. Screenshots are always helpful too.
Data Protection Requests
Since ZeroDataUpload processes everything in your browser, we don't actually hold your file data on any server. But if you have questions about the analytics or advertising cookies on the site, or want to exercise a specific privacy right, here's how:
- Email us at leenasoftwaresolutions@gmail.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject
- Tell us which right you'd like to exercise and provide enough info for us to verify your identity
EU residents can also contact their local data protection authority. California residents can reach the California Privacy Protection Agency. Indian residents can contact the Data Protection Board of India.
If Something Goes Wrong
If you've had a bad experience with our service and want to file a formal complaint, here's what happens:
- Send us an email describing the issue in detail
- We'll acknowledge it within 48 hours
- We investigate and aim to resolve within 5-10 business days
- If it's still not sorted, we escalate and work toward a final resolution within 15 business days
We genuinely want to get things right. If our tools aren't working well for you, we want to know about it.
